Delete Your Account
You can permanently delete your Family Tracker account and all associated data at any time.
In the app (recommended)
- Open The Family Tracker and go to Edit Profile → Delete account.
- Confirm your identity (sign in again when asked).
- Confirm deletion. Erasure runs entirely on our servers and takes effect immediately.
What gets deleted
The whole family account: owner identity, member profiles and photos, places, alerts, subscription state, and every member's location history. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Can't access the app?
Send a deletion request from the email address associated with your account to privacy@thefamilytracker.com.
We process all deletion requests in accordance with GDPR and applicable data protection laws.
